Dr. Lakhbir K. Jassal is a dedicated yoga teacher, therapist, and academic with years of experience in the wellness world. Over the years she has supported individuals navigating anxiety, self-esteem, grief, relationship challenges, confidence building, and trauma recovery for children, youth and adults.

Dr. Jassal has worked across diverse landscapes including non-profit organisations, health care sectors, fundraising as well as academic spaces. She has trained medical staff, lectured students, worked with diverse communities and actively engages in charity work and community development and engagement. With a strong foundation in holistic health, non-profit leadership, and student engagement, she integrates gentle yoga and therapy-informed practices to help individuals reconnect with their inner resilience and peace.
