PAULINE

Pauline, a French Yoga teacher relocated to Zurich more than a year ago.

“Yoga came into my life 12 years ago and it’s become an integral part of my daily routine. Being on my mat and letting my intuition guide me through the poses is like therapy for me. My body gets what it needs to feel good, and it calms my mind.”

Professionally, Pauline is a therapist, and yoga is a key part of her therapy practice. The two yoga disciplines she teach are quite different. Hatha Yoga is a foundational yoga style that includes a sequence of poses held for varying lengths of time, as well as meditation, breathwork, and spiritual awareness.

Women’s Yoga, on the other hand, is more therapeutic. It helps women who want to continue practicing yoga despite having a painful body. This type of yoga is designed for women with chronic pain, pelvic pain, or hormonal imbalances.

Pauline is passionate about anatomy, how the human body works, and especially how to use yoga to feel good and calm the mind.
